4. Product Purchase and Payment Terms

By placing an order through the Service, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012.

5. Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy [Link to Return Policy]. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus handling and postage fees. This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Malaysia under the Arbitration Act 2005.
